If you have been here before, there is a newer, bolder look to the Header and menu bar.
I was “working” (fooling around?) behind the scenes and changed a couple of things in the Header. The thing is, the changes I made did NOT promise to make the Name bolder, or to shift the menu down across the main page. I filled in the name and changed “home” on the menu to “Home” with a capital H. Doing either of those things was expected to have *some* effect, true–but I got more/different than I bargained for.
Still and all, I rather like the new look. So for now, until you let me know how you feel, I’ll keep it. The look and feel of this web site is, yes, a personal expression.
The look and feel is also, I hope, a familiar “face” to those who return. As such your opinion matters a great deal. So let me know.

I take pills for diabetis (Metformin) I’m using lactaid milk which has helped . I dont drink the milk . Just use it for my cerial
My question is , can I use align . I cant go any where with out my “diapers” just in case I have an attack of diarrhea. My sister say it has helped her but she doesnt have diabetis. Help

Hi, Louise
Thanks for your comment. Align is not a medicine, and according to the Align web site Align can be taken with any medicine. Align and other probiotics such as Digestive Advantage-IBS work by delivering good bacteria, called probiotics, to your large intestine.
At the Align ™ web site at http://www.aligngi.com/ there is a page of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).
The FAQ page has items such as “Is there anybody who should not use Align?” answered by “Individuals who have allergies to milk protein or soy protein should not use Align, as Align contains trace amounts of both of these proteins.”
Let me say that “milk protein,” or casein, is not the same as lactose. Lactose is the sugar in milk, and that’s what gives people with lactose intolerance the problems you describe.
Much success with Align. Let us hear from you again.
All the best,
